LG8倾斜系列离心光饰机（研磨机）

　　LG8系列倾斜离心式光饰机由电机、回转体、料筒、箱体及电器控制部分组成。四只料桶偏置在回转体的四周，且回转体轴线有一特定的倾斜角度，当通过电机与链条带动凹转体旋转时，每旋转一周，料筒的倾斜方向交替逆反一次。料筒内的被磨工件、磨块、磨液产生近似立体的“∞”形的相对滑动，在旋转离心力的作用下，达到高效去毛刺、飞边及表面光整作用。其光整加工的质量与效率明显优于一般水平式离心光饰机。
　　Lg8 Series Inclined Centrifugal Polishing Machine is mainly composed of motor, rotor, drums, casing and electrical control. Four drums are mounted around the rotor and at an angle with the axis of the rotor. Driven by the motor and chain the rotor with drums rotates, at the same time the direction of the inclination of the drums will alternatively reverse once a revolution of the rotator causing their contents including the work pieces and the abrasive materials to move together in a special mode similar to a stero "∞"m Associated with the centrifugal force, the burrs on the work pieces can be efficiently removed. Meanwhile, by the polishing action, the surface finish of the work pieces will be improved to a considerable degree. Its efficiency and working quality are superior to the conventional horizontal ones.
